Yeouu currently ships to addresses within the United States only. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout to help prevent delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days after processing, for an estimated total delivery time of 6–13 business days. Expedited shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after processing, for an estimated total delivery time of 4–8 business days.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $69 or more and costs $6.99 for orders below $69. Expedited shipping is available for $14.99. The available shipping methods and final charges are shown at checkout.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging with all included parts. Please contact us for approval before mailing a return.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges may be non-refundable. Returned items are inspected before a refund is approved.

Please email support@yeouu.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the item and packaging. Our support team will review the information and provide the appropriate next steps.

Contact support@yeouu.com within 24 hours of placing your order and provide the correct address. We will try to update it before processing, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped.

Materials vary by design and may include sterling silver, stainless steel with 18K gold plating, gold vermeil, freshwater pearls, black onyx, tiger’s eye, other decorative stones, and diamond simulants. Please review the material and product details shown on the individual product page before ordering.

Store your ring separately in a clean, dry place and wipe it gently with a soft, non-abrasive cloth after wear. Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray, lotion, household cleaners, and other chemicals. Do not use harsh polishing products on plated finishes, pearls, or stones.

Resistance to water, sweat, and heat varies by material and finish. To preserve the appearance of your ring, we recommend removing it before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or doing household work. Salt water, chlorine, moisture, friction, and repeated exposure to sweat may accelerate wear or discoloration, especially on plated pieces.

Natural pearls and stones may vary slightly in color, pattern, shape, texture, and surface detail. Small differences may also appear in sculptural forms or polished finishes because of material characteristics and the finishing process. These variations give each piece its individual appearance and are not normally considered defects.

Check the size options and measurements listed on the product page and compare them with a ring that already fits the intended finger. Only designs specifically described as open or adjustable should be resized by gentle adjustment. Fixed-size rings should not be bent, forced, or repeatedly reshaped, as this may weaken the metal, plating, or stone setting.
