Welcome to Yeouu. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, content, features, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are operated by HUMMBU INC under the brand name Yeouu. Our online store is powered by Shopify.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced on this website. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Section 1 — Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update that information when necessary.

Section 2 — Products and Services

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, materials, and other details accurately. However, the appearance of products may vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings, manufacturing processes, natural material variations, or product batches.

Product availability, specifications, prices, and descriptions may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales where reasonably necessary.

Products purchased through the Services are intended for lawful personal use unless otherwise stated.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed during checkout.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

You agree to provide complete and accurate payment and billing information. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment card details.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Order processing times, shipping methods, costs, estimated delivery periods, tracking information, and shipping coverage are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, public holidays, peak shopping periods, incorrect addresses, product availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is required.

Section 6 — Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Return eligibility, return procedures, refund processing, non-returnable items, return shipping costs, and cancellation conditions are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Please review that policy before submitting a return request. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Our store is powered by Shopify, but all sales and transactions are between you and Yeouu.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for your purchases from Yeouu, including product issues, delivery issues, customer service matters, refunds, returns, or related claims.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from liability arising from your transactions with us.

Section 10 — Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify’s privacy practices.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain information may be processed by Shopify and shared with service providers or partners to operate, protect, and improve the Services.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Section 11 — Feedback, Reviews, and User Content

If you submit suggestions, reviews, comments, photos, ideas, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant Yeouu and HUMMBU INC a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use that Feedback for lawful purposes, including marketing and commercial purposes.

You represent that:

You own or control the necessary rights to the Feedback;
The Feedback is accurate and not misleading;
The Feedback does not violate applicable law or third-party rights; and
The Feedback does not contain unlawful, offensive, abusive, or harmful content.

We are not obligated to keep Feedback confidential, compensate you for it, or respond to it. We may remove or edit Feedback that we consider unlawful, offensive, infringing, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times, availability, or other information.

These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be handled in the courts located in the applicable jurisdiction of Colorado, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
